  • central shopping corridors, at locations with high level of pedestrian, automobile and other transport traffics;
  • within sight-distance of transportation hubs, highway junctions and arterial roads;
  • shopping centre with other chain anchor tenants;
  • shop windows;
  • parking in front of facade.
Main technical requirements:
  • Total area: 300 – 1 200 sq.m.
    • IL Patio 300 – 350 sq.m.
    • Planet Sushi 300 – 350 sq.m.
    • TGI Fridays 400 – 450 sq.m.
    • Costa Coffee 40-150 sq.m.
