Elected as a member of the Board of Directors in June 2022.

She has been working at Rosinter Restaurants since 1994.

She held key positions in the Rostik's fast food chain up until 2000.

Since 2001, she has taken on senior positions in various business units at the Rostik Group Corporation. She managed operational activities, was involved in the holding strategic development, the elaboration and development of new food concepts and brands, and has a proven track record of large-scale investment projects.

In 2007, she headed the strategic project of the holding to create and develop the business of Rosinter Restaurants at transport hubs.

In 2015, she was appointed senior vice president of the holding.

The Board's decision, starting November 2019, she was appointed President of PAO “Rosinter Restaurants Holding”.

Key achievements in office:

- Over 90% of Rosinter restaurants resumed their work in 2020 after the lockdown.

- Rosinter's revenue growth in 2021 amounted to 58%, against the backdrop of a general market decline of 20%.

- EBITDA growth in 2021 amounted to 37.6% compared to the 2019 "pre-pandemic" rate.

- Restaurant EBITDA margin grew by 7 percentage points, from 11.2% to 18.3% compared to 2019, due to brand strengthening and cost optimization.

- The company's net profit in 2021 amounted to 95 million rubles.

- The concepts of the IL Patio, Planet Sushi, and Shikari restaurant brands have been updated.

- Nearly 1 billion rubles of external investments were secured through franchising partners in 2020-2021, the annual franchising turnover grew by 20% by 2019.

- The IL Patio franchise is ranked in the top 10 most profitable franchises based on Forbes.

- During the entire COVID-19 period, 95% of jobs have been retained.

In 2018, she was awarded an honorary diploma from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

In 2022, by order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, he was awarded the title of "Honorary Worker of Trade".

In 2007, he held the titles of the manager of management accounting position, financial director of a retail chain, financial director of the Bronnitsky Jeweler group of companies;

In 2013, he worked as CFO at Gulfstream Security Systems;

He worked as CFO at Elko Group in 2015;

He has been appointed Rosinter Restaurants CFO since 2017.

In 2022, he was appointed senior vice president of the holding:

- Implementating the Rosinter Restaurants business profitability improvement program.

- Introducing a system of end-to-end business intelligence based on QlikSense, enabling online monitoring and forecasting the efficiency of Rosinter Restaurants' operating activities.

- Implementing successful projects in automation of management reporting and IFRS.

- Securing finance for investment activities.

- Revising the financial model of Rosinter with a significant increase in EBITDA during the 2020-2022 economic downturns. This resulted in a model that is financially sustainable in the face of declining revenue during economic downturns following the end of 2020.

- Efficient work with banks to restructure the debt portfolio.

He has been working at Rosinter Restaurants since 1999.

He held various positions in the company's financial department up until 2006.

He held the title of the Rosinter Restaurants branch CEO in St. Petersburg since 2006.

He was the General Director of the Rosinter Restaurants branch in St. Petersburg since 2008.

He was the CEO of General Director of Rosinter's subsidiary – OOO “Razvitie ROST” – since 2014. As part of the license agreement, from 2014 to 2022, nine McDonald's fast food outlets were opened at international airports and railway stations in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In 2019, he headed the business at the transport hubs of OOO “Rosinter Restaurants”.

In 2022, he was appointed senior vice president of the holding:

- He was actively involved in elaborating a commercial concession model capable of simultaneously providing services of various concepts and brands (IL Patio, TGI FRIDAYS, Mama Russia, McDonald's, American Bar and Grill, Planet Sushi, Shikari, Costa Coffee) in one area.

- He managed a portfolio of nearly 70 restaurants under eight Rosinter brands located in international metropolitan and regional airports in Russia, as well as railway stations in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

- The business unit for business development at transport hubs in 2021 yielded a high growth in EBITDA (+ 22%) compared to 2019, entailing a significant decrease in the revenue growth rate compared to the same period in 2019 (-19%) due to a decrease in passenger traffic by 80 % (restrictions, COVID-19).

In 1999, he started work at Rosinter Restaurants, holding senior positions in the operating block of TGI FRIDAYS restaurants;

In 2009, he started work in the HR block of the company – HR manager of the Russian segment of TGI FRIDAYS, director of the efficiency improvement department, head of the staff training and development block of OOO “Rosinter Restaurants”;

In 2016, he was appointed HR Director of OOO “Rosinter Restaurants”.

In 2022, he was appointed senior vice president of the holding:

- obtaining a license from the Ministry of Education of Moscow for the Rosinter Corporate University to take on educational activities;

- in 2018-2019, a large-scale corporate restructuring of the company was carried over, fostering the further improvement of Rosinter's financial performance;

- In 2021, despite the long-term restrictions associated with COVID-19, it was possible to maintain a stable working team in restaurants and the office by 95%, which enabled Rosinter to secure preferential loans under the federal payroll 2.0 and payroll 3.0 support programs;

- Rosinter's partnership with the My Career Center, Employment Centers and other administrative institutions;

- Rosinter Restaurants received various awards by the Moscow government in the "Best Employer" and "For the Creation and Development of Human Resources" categories.

– in 2021, TGI FRIDAYS achieved one of the best historical indicators in terms of EBITDA growth (+ 10%) and revenue (+ 8.4%) of the restaurant level (2021 to 2019).
