• have ample funds sufficient to open several restaurants.
• be experienced in successful business management and have adequate management resources (people, relations, knowledge, etc.).
• have good business reputation.
• accept and meet the Company’s standards.
• preferably have an experience in food service business or/and franchise operations.

• at busy intersections or along important motorways, in the immediate proximity of large dwelling districts and shopping areas;
• in crowded places;
• in densely populated districts; with an independent entrance;
• in the immediate proximity of large hypermarkets, shopping-and-entertainment centers, and business centers;
