Rosinter Restaurants Holding (Rosinter) is the leading casual dining chain operator in Russia and the CIS. Rosinter is Russia’s first and only restaurant company to be listed on the Russian Trading System (RTS).

Strategy

The Company’s long-term objective is to strengthen our position as the leading casual dining operator in Russia and the CIS. To promote that objective, we strive to anticipate and satisfy the needs of our customers, in particular, the region’s burgeoning middle-class population. We also intend to implement any necessary measures to grow our revenue and maximize our profits.

The five key components to our business strategy are:

  1. Increasing the presence of our core brands in existing markets while also expanding into new markets
