The Training Center established in 1991 is in charge of Rosinter Restaurants personnel training aimed at upgrading the restaurant personnel’s skills and knowledge in the areas of service, sales techniques, marketing and management.
Since its foundation, the Training Center has been using cutting-edge methods and techniques for training both front-line and management personnel. Phased training programs offered by the Training Center give each employee the opportunity to become a restaurant director or even an area manager within a short period of time.
The Training Center runs a special seminar, “Introduction to the Company”, for new employees. Any employee can attend a series of seminars, such as “Seven Steps of Legendary Service”, “Best Sales Techniques”, “The Basics of Sanitation”.
Today’s Training Center features:Training courses are available in Moscow, Russian regions, CIS, and Europe.
